教會事工報告： 
1. 本堂華蕭祥麟姊妹, 申請加入為會友, 公佈已二星期, 無異議, 又經教會審核,今天正式成為本堂會友。
2. 今年聖誕節受浸者有三位: 陳志華弟兄, 楊婷珊姊妹, 余蕊逸姊妹。浸禮於今天下午二時舉行, 希望弟兄姊妹踴躍參加, 同頌主恩; 崇拜後先有愛筵, 請留步參加。
3. 12月25日早上11時有教會慶祝聖誕節聚會, 有豐富節目, 請弟兄姊妹抽時間回來一同慶賀主基督的降生。
4. 年終感恩奉獻–今主日將會派發年終感恩奉獻封, 請弟兄姊妹好好禱告及預備, 用感恩的心還你的願, 請將奉獻投放於下主日(27日)或31日年終感恩會。
5. 年終子夜感恩會–12月31日星期四晚10時直至零晨12時迎接2010年; 讓我們一同數算主恩, 將讚美榮耀歸給父神。會後有甜品時間, 請弟兄姊妹帶一款甜品出席,與眾同樂。
6. 過去一年於星期三晚教會查經祈禱會中整年查考詩篇, 明年一月開始將會查考另一新書卷, 敬請留意。又因31號晚有年終感恩聚會, 故30號晚的查經祈禱會暫停一次。
7. 2009年年報：請各部負責人、團契導師、團長提交2009年工作報告。今天截止。請交給教會秘書Susanna。
8. 教會秘書Susanna 姊妹將於12月22日至明年1月5日休假, 辦公室文書工作將由Hilda 姊妹暫代。

 
總務部報告：  
1. 溫馨提示： 但凡使用教會任何聚會, 最後離開者, 切記關掉所有電燈制, 免得浪費電力, 多謝合作!

 
主日學部報告：  
     

為有系統裝備弟兄姊妹，由2010年起，成人主日學除了開設

 福音班、長者班、書卷研讀班，亦將增設兩年制循環課程，內

     2010年第1季將開設以下科目，請弟兄姊妹踴躍報名參與：

    (1) 福音班（導師：黃學富傳道）；

    (2) 長者班（導師：周顯宗弟兄）；

    (3) 書卷研讀班（書卷：腓立比書；導師：余國基弟兄）；

    (4) 兩年制訓練課程（科目：教會歷史；導師：余李健萍姊妹、

        陳宗遠傳道）。

財政部報告：
1. 支數: 如果你有教會事工支付而未支數者, 請盡快向教會財政部交上收據, 以便年終結賬. 
2. 11月份奉獻報告已張貼大堂外報告板上, 如有查詢, 請聯絡 絡朱廣圖(Danny)長老.

 

聖誕節教會各項聚會

1.     There is a Joint Love Feast & Baptism Service today. Love Feast will start at 12:45 pm. Baptism Service will start at 2:00pm.

 2.    Received a request from Alex Lee to transfer his church membership to Newbern Church. He will be accepted as our member after 2 weeks

 3.    Dec. 20th Bible gift exchange – for ease of exchanging Bible verses at the end of service, the ushers will designate seating according to your cell group or Sunday school class. The exception to this would be for those who are serving today.

 4.     Year-end Thanksgiving Offering – you will receive a year-end Thanksgiving offering envelope in your bulletin today. Please pray and prepare for this offering and we will collect this on our next Sunday service. 
 

5.    Please submit all church related expenses with receipts to the treasurer immediately so that the financial book can be closed before year-end.

6.   2009 Annual Report: For all department leaders, cell group leaders/counselor, please submit your annual report to church secretary Susanna by Dec 20, 2009 .

7.    November offering record is now posted at the back of the Sanctuary. If there are questions, please contact Danny Chu.

New Year – 10:00pm to 12:00am ** Pot-luck dessert will be served at 12:01am. This event is held in Cantonese only and in the New Sanctuary.

1) 為英文部現正尋找牧者，求神給予合適人選，牧養弟兄姊妹。
2) 為聖誕節受洗的三位的弟兄姊妹，保守他們信心，一生跟隨主。
3) 記念軟弱肢體:張伯母 (Paddy母親), Frank，Alan Wong，劉福桃太太(香港)。

 

PRAY for: the baptism candidates: Peter Chan, Joanna Yeung and Annie Yu (Chinese Congregation) as they prepare their testimonies. Pray for the friends and family that they will invite to share the happy occasion..

1.    Candlelight Service – Dec 18 at 7:30 p.m.  Invitations available for those who would like to friends and family.

2.    There is a Joint Love Feast & Baptism Service on Dec 20th, Love Feast will start at 12:45 p.m. after Chinese Service. Please sign up at the back of the sanctuary. Baptism Service will start at 2:00pm.
