PRAY for: rejuvenation for the people who are tired and lost in journey with God – Jeanie
1. A church wide devotional reading campaign will be starting in February. A lot of people comment that the book "The Imitation of Christ" by Thomas A Kempis is second to the Bible. If you would like to participate and obtain a copy of the book, there’s a sign-up at the back of the church or speak with Doris.
2. WFTD participants – it’s hard to believe we started our bible reading on Feb 1, 2009. Are you almost done???? Please report to your Team Captains (Eva, Uncle Stanley, Bonnie, Jesse). There’s prizes for the team category and individual category.
3. The Chinese New Year’s celebration – Love Feast will be held on February 14 (Sunday). There will be special performances, games, photos, Chinese New Year’s food demonstrations, and great prizes. Tickets (Adult $5, Children $4) available in the new sanctuary from Richard Lai around 12:30 p.m. on Sundays. Last day to get a ticket is Feb 7. If you have any questions, please contact Amy Wong .
4. Pastor Isaac will take 3 weeks off (1week his own holiday and 2 weeks without pay) from Feb. 1-22 (incl.) to finish his Ordination Process Requirements before the deadline (Nov.2010). Elder Paddy Cheung will resume his work during Pastor Isaac ‘s absence

This book is a perfect companion for daily devotional time.”
. √ 全教會祈禱會:2月7日(下主日)早上九時半舉行。原 定成人主日學課程暫停一次。鼓勵全教會弟兄姊妹及事奉 人員出席參加。
2. √本堂黃學富傳道因要完成宣道會區會規定按牧的要求， 故向長議會申請１星期年假及２星期的無薪假(合共３星期), 從２月１日至２２日，期間一切會務，暫由長議會副主席張永賢長老代為處理。
3. √今天應該是全年讀經運動結束，感謝神，見到很多弟兄姊妹的努力，完成讀畢整本新舊約，若你還欠少少，又相信在下星期前完成閱讀，請貼上標貼，教會有些少禮物，於下主日送給能完成閱讀的肢體，以示獎勵!
4. √本年讀屬靈書運動，由今星期正式開始，《效法基督》作者金碧士(或另一譯本是《跟隨基督》)，有人說這書的地位僅次於『聖經』，可見其地位之高。每日讀一章，三個月完成，故一年可以讀完三次，慢慢嘴嚼，反覆思考，必使你靈命進深，得益不少。大門口也有閱讀記錄表，幫助大家，一同閱讀，故有完成該週，請記得貼上標貼。
5. √2月20日(星期六)早上10:30 am. 至中午12:30 pm.短宣中心與本堂合辦《福音電影午餐會》，費用全免，於本堂舉行，請邀請未信家人及朋友參加。又於2月6日下午
2:30 pm. 短宣中心同工與我們一同在教會鄰居派發邀請咭，請弟兄姊妹抽時間回來一齊參加，報名可向張永賢長老或在門外簽名。

財政部報告:
1. √12月奉獻報告已張貼大堂外出，請弟兄姊妹小心審閱1至12 月自己個人總奉獻金額是否有錯誤，如有錯誤或個人報稅資料有 任何更改，請盡快聯絡教會秘書陳王興蓮。奉獻報告張貼２星期後，財政部才會發出2009奉獻收條以作報稅之用。
