1.    Welcome Pastor Mike Cooke from Clover Pass Community Church in Alaska.   Pastor Mike has been with us for Missions Weekend preaching, teaching and challenging us in our Spiritual Walk.

2.    Joint Baptism on Easter Sunday April 4, 2010 at 2:00pm – Baptism is a Christian’s public declaration of their commitment to Jesus. Through baptism Christians celebrate Jesus’ transforming work in their lives and show their personal union with Jesus in his death, burial and resurrection. If you are interested in being baptized on Easter Sunday, please contact Doris Ip.

3.   Easter Sunday Love Feast – April 4 at 12:45 p.m.  Please sign-up at the back of the Church. 

4.    Church By-laws: We have spent 3 years re-organizing and updating the Church By-laws. These By-laws will provide excellent guidelines for church ministries. To view the revised By-laws in detail:

● 4 hard copies (2 Chinese & 2 English) will be placed in the library.
● Electronics copies can be downloaded from the Newbern website.

There is a 2 part approval process for the By-laws.

●Sunday, April 25 after Chinese service at 12:30pm: Special

  Membership meeting to approve the By-law.  All Newbern

  members are asked to attend.

1.     多謝今早傳講宣教異象信息的簡鳳萍傳道，簡傳道現為環  球宣愛協會北美辨事處執行幹事。

2.    教會附則(By-law)已在年會報告過；重新整理好的教會附則影印本已放置在圖書室，或可在教會網頁下載或閱讀通過；教會附則程序：3月28日主日後即時舉行諮詢會 (Q & A) 解答有關問題。4月25日主日後即時舉行－特別會友大會通過教會附則，教會會友必需出席。查詢：長議會副主席，張永賢長老。
  
3.     “福樂坊”於3月17日為第二次聚會有教授健康舞，參加者都非常投入，而第一次來參加的那九位新朋友仍有繼續來參加，感謝主！“福樂坊” 逢每月第一及第三個星期三早上9:30至中午12:15開放，對像為教會鄰近的長者及退休人仕，提供康樂活動之餘，更有些福音性預工，請大家幫忙宣傳及推介。若你想成為幫手義工，請聯絡：區梁金蘭Evelyn姊妹。

4.    浸禮班於2月28日開始一連5堂，由黃學富傳道主講，感恩今屆有五位申請受浸(4位中文部，1位英文部)，浸禮將會在復活節主日(4月4日)下午二時舉行。報名及查詢：黃學富傳道。

5.    程序表內頁附有復活節福音單張，請送給未信親友，作為個人傳福音工具。

6.   本年讀屬靈書運動《效法基督》(Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis)，大門口有閱讀記錄表，幫助大家， 彼此提醒及鼓勵，故完成該週閱讀，請記得貼上標貼。此書值得大家，慢慢嘴嚼，反覆思考，必使你屬靈生命不再一樣。只每日讀一章，三個月便完成第一讀。

會友部報告：
1.   復活節浸禮愛筵於4月4日上午12:45崇拜後舉行，請踴躍參加，之後下午2:00出席浸禮聚會。愛筳請在大堂外報名。

崇拜部報告：
1.    鑑於近日崇拜開始前十分鐘，大堂仍有人談話，以致影響其他人安靜預備敬拜，故請大家一如年初時的美好習慣，十分鐘前入到大堂，安靜默禱，預備心靈去敬拜神。

 傳道部報告：
 1.    教會定3月份為全教會「宣教月」進入第四週，鼓勵及推動弟兄姊妹對傳福音及宣教事工更多的熱誠及參與，今主日介紹早期宣教士翟輔文牧師生平 (文章放在程序表內)。

 2.    4月13-21日今年第一隊短宣隊將要出發墨西哥，請禱告記念，詳情容後公佈。巴拿馬短宣已於7月29日至8月8日舉行，而英文部有阿拉斯加隊將在7，8月期間舉行，請有心參加者，預留時間，詳情盡怏通告。查詢：黃學富傳道或張永賢長老。

 3.   「宣教事工參與表」上主日已派發給會眾，請填寫後放入奉獻袋或交給黃學富傳道。

　　團契部報告：
 1.    常青團契：3月23日(本週二)早上10時播放電影，真人真事「霞姐的木頭車信仰經歷」及「平安」何處尋信息分享。午膳於本會地庫，歡迎弟兄姊妹參加。查詢：伍麗娟(Lisa)姊妹。

 2.    弟兄的天空:3月26日(本週五)晚上8時教會舉行，「我和宣教士的約會」，歡迎弟兄參加，彼此鼓勵。

 3.    摩西成人團契 :3月27日(本週六)晚上7:15至9:30pm為查經週會，查考『見証福音大能』第三課 「投入見證的行列─教會生活」。歡迎弟兄姊妹及慕道朋友參加，請帶備聖經及課本出席，查詢：Hilda 張黃其蕙姊妹。

 4.   少年團契 Focus Fellowship於3月27日(本週六)晚上7:15於教會舉行，本週內容為IRON CHEF 烹飪週會，詳情請與Mable師母聯絡。

家事報告

1) 為英文部現正尋找牧者，求神給予合適人選，牧養弟兄姊 妹。
2) 軟弱肢體: 鄭太二個妹妹，一患癌症手術成功，一個車禍受傷漸漸康復，感謝主!吳太(Stella)，賴師母，Alan Wong，劉福桃太太(香港)，Jill Hoskyn 師母。
3)   為3月20日全教會舉行街頭佈道，求神挑旺弟兄姊妹對傳
 福音的負擔, 宣教的熱忱，實踐主頒布的大使命。

6.   Potluck March 20 – Potluck on Saturday, March 20 6:30 p.m.  There a saying that “A family that eats together stays together”  Let’s gather for a potluck before the Missions talk.  Bring enough to feed yourself and 5 others.
