溫哥華宣道會福群堂

1.     Joint Fellowship Program: Amazing Mission Day will be held on May 24, 2010, Monday 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Fellowship members will experience skills such as communication, sharing, learning, exploring and experiencing Evangelism. Please contact Amy Wong .

2.   Currently seeking anyone who is interested in serving during worship service from Aug. – Dec. 2010.  If so, please write your name and interested position on the sign up sheet in the back of the sanctuary.  Any questions please email me .  A 15 minute meeting for all those interested and currently serving will be held on June 20.  

3.   Fundraising for the Alaska STM: We are hoping to raise $4000 to help with the cost of VBS materials, ferry costs, gas, and meals.  If you would like to support the STM financially; you can designate Alaska STM on your regular offering envelop.  The contributions will be counted towards your regular tax donations receipts from Newbern.

5.   Newbern Chinese Evangelical meeting will be held May 28 to 30, 2010; Friday & Saturday night at 7:30pm and Sunday service at 11:00am. Special guest speaker will be Rev. Sterling Lee, a retired Senior Pastor and a missionary of CCM.  This is a great opportunity for you to bring Chinese-speaking family and friends to this important evangelistic meeting. 

6.   Family Summer Camp is on July 16-18.  Registration forms are in your bulletin.  Please consider spending the weekend with your Church family while deepening your relationship with God.  Early Bird deadline is May 31.

7.   Panama Short Term Missions for the English Youth Gospel Camp, July 24 to August 2, 2010: Teachers and helpers are urgently required. In 2008, Newbern had 5 members participate and they were all encouraged by the mission trip. Through mission, I believe God is building us up spiritually, enriching our spiritual lives and giving us a heart of unity. If you are interested, please contact Paddy Cheung ASAP . 

8.   Alaska STM send-off on Wednesday, June 2nd.  Potluck begins at 6:30 p.m. and Testimonies at 7:30 p.m.  The missions team needs you to pray for us while we are up North.  Find out how you can pray for us!  (Bilingual Meeting)

家事報告

1.     教會於5月28-30日舉行佈道會，邀請李紹光牧師主講，第一  堂(週五晚7:30 pm.)：『耶穌,與我何干?』；第二堂(週六 晚  7:30 pm.):『 [命運]在我手中』：第三堂(主日崇拜11:00am.):『返  璞歸真』。星期五及六晚更有兒童節目，請家長留意。請弟兄姊  妹踴躍帶領未信主家人及親友參加。

2.     福群堂2010夏令會於7月16至18日（星期五晚至日）
 Summit Pacific College (35235 Straiton Road, Abbotsford)舉行。今  年主題為「逆水行舟」，由溫哥華華人宣道會主任梁海華牧師主  講。晨鳥優惠成人每位減費＄10，需由今主日至5月30日前報  名。詳情 請參閱報名表或與Kenny簡冠盈弟兄聯絡。報名截止日  期為6月27日。

3.    請繼續禱告記念剛受浸肢體，求神保守他們的信心及屬靈生命成長。分別是：余黃英、 陳麗能、余偉麟 、 林銘璋 及 梁俊傑。

4.   為新受浸的弟兄姊妹，安排初信造就班，打好信仰基礎，黃傳道將會繼續教導，也歡迎慕道朋友或其他初信者參加。上課時間每主日早上9:30 am.於4號課室。

傳道部報告：
1.    六月二日（星期三）晚上7:30分為阿拉斯加短宣出發前誓師大會，當晚六時特設Potluck聚餐交誼，敬請各弟兄姊妹務必出席支持及打氣，查詢及Potluck報名：Kitty姊妹。（當晚查經祈禱會暫停）按：一行12人的阿拉斯加短宣隊將於6/6出發。

2.    巴拿馬短宣將於7月24日至8月2日舉行，截止報名日期5月30日。訂機位及籌備工作現正開始，查詢/報名：黃傳道或張永賢長老。

3.    英文部的阿拉斯加短宣隊現有12人報名參加，現可將捐款用教會奉獻封支持他們，但必須註明給“英文部阿拉斯加短宣隊”,教會亦會出奉獻收條作為報稅之用。

團契部報告：
 1.   “福樂坊”下次聚會於6月2日（週三)，將有“聯誼歡聚  生日會”歡迎邀請朋友參加！“福樂坊”對象為教會鄰近的  長者及退休人仕，提供康樂活動之餘，更有些福音性預工，  請大家幫忙宣傳及推介。若你想成為幫手義工，請聯絡：區  梁金蘭Evelyn姊妹。

 2.   聯合團契聚會 – 將於明天5月24日(星期一公眾假期）上午9:30舉辦傳道日，如有查詢請聯絡黃岑允玲﹙Amy﹚長  老.

 財政部報告：
 1.  4月份奉獻報告已張貼大堂外報告板上，如有查詢，請聯絡朱廣圖(Danny)長老。

其他報告：
 1.   吳宣倫博士將於溫哥華5月31日/6月6日舉行一連串公  開聚會，其中6月4日的培靈佈道會及6月6日英語及中文崇拜均在本堂舉行，敬請留意及出席聚會。

 2.   遠東廣播舉辦『腓立比書研經』講座，由郭文池牧師主  講，6月14-15日(7:30 pm.-9:30 pm.) 於列治文播道會舉  行。查詢:778-885-2731。

家事報告

1) 為英文部現正尋找牧者，求神給予合適人選，牧養弟兄姊妹。
2) 軟弱肢體: Cindy Chan，賴師母,Jill Hoskyn 師母，王興鸞，鄭太及二個妹妹Kam & Connie，劉福桃太太等各人。

PRAY for: God to continue healing Melissa & Ashley Blue by giving wisdom to the doctors and energy and strength to Dan & Diane. We pray that the twins will have a healthy and normal development and come join us at Church －Esther.
