溫哥華宣道會福群堂

1.    After considerable work and prayer by the Board, and with the approval by the Superintendent of C & MA District Office, we are pleased to announce: Rev. Isaac Wong has accepted the call to be our Senior Pastor of Newbern Memorial Chinese Alliance Church effective July 1, 2010. Official Ordination and Installation Ceremony will be held on Sunday August 22 at 2pm.  Let’s praise the Lord together for His provision of a new Senior Pastor and also join in prayer for Rev. Isaac and Newbern that God will continue to multiply and grow our ministries.

2.   There will be a fundraising for the Panama STM (July 24–Aug.2). Moses Group sisters will make the delicious chinese dumplings for $15 per package with 60 pcs. You are welcome to make the order today with Lily Tran , and pick up by next Sunday. "

3.   Alaska STM Report on Wednesday, June 23 at 7:30 p.m. Come hear testimonies and sharing from the members of the Alaska STM team.  Thank you for everyone’s prayers.

4.    Newbern’s Annual Vacation Bible School  ( August 4 – 8th) Time: Wed to Sat: 5pm-8pm and Sun: 11am-2pm  Cost: $40 per child. Hop aboard and get ready this summer for Newbern’s Annual VBS! This year, we are exploring God’s mighty love through games, stories, and crafts!  Registration & invitations are available from the giant VBS Sail in the Church basement.  Completed registrations can be submitted to William Wong.  Register today as space is limited!

5.    Helpers needed for Vacation Bible School (August 4 – 8th) Please see Gary Chiang for more information.

6.   We are seeking people interested in serving during worship service from Aug. – Dec. 2010.  If interested, please write your name and preferred positions on the sign up sheet in the back of the sanctuary.  Any questions;  A 15-minute meeting for all those interested and currently serving will be held on June 27 (not June 20).  

7.   May offering report is now posted at the back of Sanctuary. If there are questions, please contact Danny Chu..

8.   Church Picnic at Deas Island Park  (July 1)  Address: 5801 Deas Island Road, Delta  (Picnic Shelter # 1)  Time: 10am-4pm, Fees: $5 per person for ages over 5.   Please invite friends and family to join us for exciting games and food while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Fraser River. Registration form and fees submitted to Gina Chu by June 20. For inquiries, please contact Rowan Wong.

9.   Family Summer Camp is on July 16-18.  Registration forms are available at the back.  Spend the weekend with your Church family while deepening your relationship with God.

1.     感謝神及弟兄姊妹的禱告，黃傳道經已在上星期順利通過加  拿大宣道 會太平洋區會的所有按牧要求，正式成為牧師身份。長  議會經多方禱告及商議並獲得加拿大宣道會太平洋區會監督讚  同，一致通過邀請黃學富牧師出任為本堂主任牧師，正式上任日  期 為七月一日，而正式按牧及就職典禮將定於八月二十二日  （星期日）下午二時舉行。讓我們為此感謝神，請繼續為黃牧師  及師母祈禱，更努力與牧師同心同工發展聖工，興旺福音。

2.   本星期三晚查經祈禱會暫停一次，改為中英文部聯合聚會──  “阿拉斯加短宣隊感恩分享晚會”，請一同出席參加，榮耀歸神。

3.    陳宗遠傳道將於明天放假回港參加父親浸禮及與師母到中國  作培訓及短宣，8月2日返回溫哥華，請禱告記念。

4.    福群堂2010夏令會於7月16至18日（星期五晚至日）Summit Pacific College (35235 Straiton Road, Abbotsford)舉行。今  年主題為「逆水行舟」，由溫哥華華人宣道會主任梁海華牧師主講。詳情 請參閱報名表或與Kenny簡冠盈弟兄聯絡。報名截止日  期為6月27日。

5.    福群堂暑期聖經班將於8月4至8日在教會舉行，當中透過遊戲，故事及手工藝，讓小朋友認識神偉大無比的愛。 日期及時間: 8月4至7日(星期三至六)下午5:00 – 8:00pm，8月8日  (星期日)上午11:00 至2:00 pm，費用: $40，支票台頭： " NMCAC"。今天開始接受報名，請到教會土庫索取表格及可以  立即報名或將表格交還給英文堂William Wong弟兄，另這活動  亦需要大量義工協助，如有興趣，請聯絡英文堂Gary Chiang弟兄。

傳道部報告：
1.   為支援巴拿馬短宣隊，福群堂姊妹及弟兄於今主日父親節義賣意大利芝士蛋糕(tiramisu)，上主日已訂購者，請於今天崇拜後往土庫取貨。賣餅所得扣除材料費用後，將撥捐巴拿馬短宣隊。今天另有餃子義賣訂購，每包有60粒，售價為每包$15元，請今日要訂購，下主日取貨。如有查詢，請聯絡陳麗能姊妹 (Lily)。

2. 巴拿馬短宣將於7月24日出發，現有５位參加，籌備工作現正開始，請為他們代禱。

 團契部報告：
 1.    摩西成人團契6月26日(本週六)晚上7:15pm至9:30pm為電影週會, 欣賞「流浪漢世界盃」，請各弟兄姊妹依時出席，詳情請向Daniel錢漢權弟兄查詢。

 2.   “福樂坊”7月7日(本週三)，將有“粵曲欣賞”歡迎邀請朋  友參加！“福樂坊”對象為教會鄰近的長者及退休人仕，提  供康樂活動之餘，更有些福音性預工，請大家幫忙宣傳及推  介。若你想成為幫手義工，請聯絡：區梁金蘭Evelyn姊妹。

 會友部報告：
 1.    喜訊：Eva Cheng and Michael Wong於6月26日(本週六)  早上11:30舉行婚禮，地點：溫哥華華華人播道會（3295   East Broadway，Vancouver。誠邀本堂弟兄姊妹出席及見證  他們的婚禮。

 2. √7月1日(星期四)教會大旅行由上午10:00至下午4:00pm 於Deas Island 公園Picnic Shelter#1 (5801 Deas Island Road  Delta) 舉行。收費：5歲或以上每位$5,大小同價 。當日有豐富午餐、精彩刺激遊戲、漫步欣賞菲沙河畔優美景緻。歡迎邀請未信主親友參加，請將報名表格交給Gina朱馮彩燕姊  妹 ,請留意截止報名日期為今主日。如有任何查詢，請與  Rowan (黃周美荷)姊妺聯絡。

 主日學部報告：
 1.    新一季成人主日學將開設兩科，「舊約概論（上）」於7月  11日開鑼，老師陣容鼎盛，包括張李綺萍姊妹、張黃其蕙姊  妹、余李健萍姊妹、余國基弟兄。「雅各書研讀」則於8月8日開課，由陳宗遠傳道授課。祈請踴躍報名。報名表張貼於禮堂後端壁報板。

 財政部報告：
 1.   5月份奉獻報告己張貼外出佈告板，如有查詢請聯絡朱廣  圖（Danny)長老。

家事報告

1) 為英文部現正尋找牧者，求神差遣合適牧者，牧養弟兄姊妹。

代禱事項

1.    Praise the Lord! Pastor Isaac has passed the oral exam which is the final stage of the Ordination Requirements from the Canadian Pacific District of the C& MA. The date of the Ordination Ceremony for Pastor Isaac will be announced later.
