1. The Nominating Committee has been established. Members are Rev. Isaac Wong, Elder Paddy Cheung, Elder Sunny Tso, Brother Henry Lai & Brother Kenny Kan. They will start to look for candidates eligible for the 2011-2012 Board of Elders. Please pray for the whole process!
2. The church is in the process of searching for an English pastor to lead the English congregation. Please keep praying to God to send His faithful servant to our church.
3. Business Department:
1). We still have some items in the church kitchen without owners, please go to identify them)
2). There are storage boxes available for your department to keep items long term, please feel free to ask Bosco Fai about getting a box.
3). Cooking ingredients (ie. rice, salt, oil and sugar etc.,) have been provided by the Business Department, you don’t need to buy these items for your own department.)
4. Rev. Isaac Wong will be on holiday from Oct.04-19 (incl.), Elder Paddy Cheung, the Vice-chairman, Board of Elders will resume the duties in that period.
5. The Christian Social Concern Fellowship has a petition requesting the Parliament to speedily enact legislation that changes the legal terminology in Section 163 from child pornography to child sex abuse materials and to enact strong and mandatory minimum sentences that protect children, provide justice, and deter pedophilia.

1. 多謝香港基督徒音樂事工協會的以馬內利敬拜使團前來本堂主 領今天的音樂崇拜聚會，及黃修健牧師的証道，讓弟兄姊妹得到 屬靈的更新，衷心多謝!
2. 2011-2012年度選舉新一屆長議會成員經提名委員會的會議及弟兄姊妹的禱告，感謝主!現已有五位願意接受成為長老候選人，十月三日將會公佈。
3. 下週開始聖餐主日的全教會祈禱會將會有革新面貌，希望能讓全教會弟兄姊妹同心參與，踴躍出席，為教會作守望，叫教會成為更多人蒙福的地方。【溫馨提示】： 請所有有事奉的弟兄姊妹能回來參加，也請那些主日學同學留意，那天是讓大家學習同心為教會禱告，取消當日主日學課堂，目的是要大家一同參與，不是主日學放假一天，希望大家不要有這個美麗的誤會。
4. 今年全教會培靈會請到加拿大宣道會副區監督陳家柏牧師主講一連三堂聚會，日期為10月1-2日(星期五及六)晚七時半及10月3日主日崇拜時間，主題：靈命成長的禱告生活。敬請預留時間參加聚會並懇切在禱告中記念。(週五、六晚備有兒童節目)。
5. 本年聖誕節的浸禮將會於12月19日舉行，故10月24日開始有浸禮班於主日學時間進行，由黃牧師主講，敬請但凡有意參加洗禮弟兄姊妹，請預留時間上課。報名或查詢請向黃牧師面談。
6. 英文部聘請牧者，收到多份申請，現進行會見及洽商，請大家記念英文部工作。
7. 鑑於英文青少年事工的迫切需要，現教會尋找年青神學生專責青少年人工作，求神賜下合適人選，讓不會有更多青少年人流失情況出現。
8. 本堂主任黃學富牧師將於10月4日開始放假至10月19日，此期間教會一切事務將由長議會副主席張永賢長老代為處理。
主日學部報告：
1. 新一季成人主日學將開設兩科，分別為「舊約概論（下）」 （老師包括張李綺萍姊妹、張黃其蕙姊妹、余李健萍姊妹、余國基弟兄）、「雅各書研讀（續）」（由陳宗遠傳道講授）。開課日期為10月10日。祈請踴躍報名。報名表張貼 於禮堂後端壁報板。
總務部報告：
1. 教會廚房內仍有一些用品等待物主認領，今天散會後請往 土庫廚房認領。
2. 總務部預備大量儲物箱給各部門使用，如有需要請向費國 良長老索取。
3. 教會廚柜內的糖、米、油、鹽等調味料，將由總務部提供 給各部門使用，不需個別部門購置。
財政部報告：
1. 8月份奉獻報告已張貼大堂外報告板上，如有查詢， 請聯絡朱廣圖(Danny)長老。
其他報告：
1. 基督徒社會關懷團契呼籲簽名請願, 要求政府修改刑事 法第163條，將“兒童色情”改為“兒童性虐待的材料”並 且嚴厲執行最起碼懲罰。簽名表格在外面禮堂，只需簽署 你的名字及所住的城市與省份。
